Exact Decals & Details has made custom & stock dry transfers for modelers since 1996. The EPA chemical processing restrictions, high material costs, and difficulty in production forced the company to suspend operations for a period of time. We no longer use that particular dry transfer system. And now are using a system that makes waterslide decals.
